The House of Commons Administration delivers outstanding services to Members of Parliament and their employees in support of parliamentary democracy. The Client Care Team within the Parliamentary Precinct Operations is currently looking to create a pool of potential candidates for the position of Client Service Advisor.
As part of this team, you will act as a single point of contact for clients on financial service requirements such as broker services, accounting operations, budget reviews and travel point balances. Furthermore, you will monitor trends and work closely with Financial Services stakeholders to provide proactive advisory services to clients. You support clients in the achievement of their expectations and objectives and ensure effective stewardship of the House’s financial resources.
The Client Care Team provides clients with an enhanced experience and seamless, unified services. You will join a dynamic team who provide consistent, streamlined and exceptional service experience to Members, their staff, and House Administration employees.
In this role, you will broaden your knowledge of the different Service Areas of the House Administration and have an opportunity to participate in various programs and projects such as Leadership development, professional development, important initiatives for your colleagues and for the team. Training and development opportunities
~ Completed post-secondary education from a recognized institution in finance, commerce or business administration OR acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in serving clients and working in a contact centre environment;
Experience in explaining policies, processes and procedures.
