We are experiencing rapid growth and invite you to be a part of it.Job Description:At Enso Connect, we are on a path to supporting thousands of vacation rental businesses to transform the travel experience for their guests.To get there, we need a marketing leader who can help us build a category-leading global company. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen who has experience leading multiple marketing disciplines for high-growth SaaS startups. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work end-to-end on marketing across the customer journey. You will lead everything from defining the go-to-market strategy of new products to optimizing performance marketing campaigns right through to educating and nurturing Enso Connect clients throughout their lifecycle.We are looking for someone with a proven track record of transforming a SaaS startup from millions to tens of millions in revenue and beyond. Success in this role requires the ability to be both strategic and hands-on, with a strong bias to action. We are seeking a thoughtful leader who is ready to build and scale a high-performing team across various marketing functions.At its core, this role is a fit for someone who resonates with our mission and is eager to drive Enso to new heights.What you’ll do:Own marketing and the data that drives our marketing initiativesPartner closely with the founders and leadership team to drive strategy, planning, and execution across the marketing organizationLead and define transformational programs to generate demand, drive efficiency and productivity, and improve return on investmentOversee the efficient running of the marketing organization, creating processes and conditions that enable the team to excelCommunicate plans, priorities, and results clearly through internal documents, slides, and messages to drive internal alignment and lead changeInspire, manage, and coach a team of marketing professionalsWho you are:Demonstrated success as a full-stack SaaS marketing leader, with experience in building and scaling marketing organizations.Proven track record of delivering sales growth and key marketing metricsProven track record of marketing strategy development and executionCapable of architecting the marketing organization, identifying critical roles, and leading a high-performing teamExperience developing and using a marketing investment frameworkPassionate about the travel industry and committed to enhancing the guest experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadersBenefits:Full medical, dental and vision benefitsCompetitive compensationStock option grantIncredible culture driven by a highly collaborative and high-performing teamSignificant impact at an early-stage technology companyHybrid work structure with our office located in Toronto
