Our Worker’s Compensation Department services our clients in the areas of their Occupational Disability Management and WSIB/WSIAT Appeals. The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and French.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, that will contribute greatly to the organization. This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, with requirements for in-office attendance, as required.

Provide a broad range of legal clerk/administrative support to the Workers’ Compensation Department.
Receive, review and triage legal and medical documents to ensure the appropriate measures are taken in accordance with internal standard operating procedures
Assess priority documents and escalates to the Workers’ Compensation legal team to ensure limitation periods and deadlines are met.
Recording and documenting key information in the claims management software (Parklane).
Conduct administrative procedures, such as scanning, bookmarking and merging electronic claim files.
Create efficient processes to manage claim files, access files and case records.
Post-Secondary Education in a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of legal administrative experience
Must be fluent in English and French.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point and have the ability to learn to use Parklane.
