We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Account Management to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team of Account Managers focused on employee benefits and retirement plans. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Managers to effectively manage client accounts and deliver exceptional service.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes related to employee benefits and retirement plans, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and enhance client satisfaction.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, in the employee benefits and retirement industry.
Proven track record of leadership and team management, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Strong understanding of employee benefits and retirement plans
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
