Job Description

In collaboration with the Human Resources leadership team, the HRBP will ensure that human resources strategies and programs are aligned with the business objectives of the operations. The HRBP will directly support assigned client groups, primarily groups in our Corporate Services.

What you will do:
  1. Act as a first level partner with managers to provide support in human resources programs, practises and processes
  2. Act as a main resource to the employees in assigned client groups
  3. Work with the Employee Services team in the execution of onboarding and offboarding initiatives
  4. Ensure that administrative tasks related to employee movement (transfers, promotions, leaves, etc.) are well-executed with the support of the Employee Services, Payroll and Benefits teams
  5. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support clients throughout the recruitment process
  6. Support and guide managers with all items related to compensation, performance management, training and development
  7. Track HR performance indicators (headcount, turnover rate, etc.), analyze them and provide feedback to support management decisions
  8. Investigate and follow up on labour relation disputes
  9. Coach managers and empower them to better lead their respective teams
  10. Collaborate with all HR members in the accomplishment of team objectives
  11. Participate in various HR projects
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any other equivalent training
Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar HR position
Fluently bilingual (French/English)
Relevant experience in an industrial or production environment
Must have influential leadership and analytical skills
Must be customer, problem and solution oriented
Must be motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and a positive team player
Must have strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to work independently and also the ability to work in a team environment
Must be rigorous and have the ability to work under pressure
Must be able to navigate in ambiguity and in a changing environment

Additional Information

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (hybrid set up not supported)
Permanent, full-time position
