Collections Clerk

We are a seeking a dedicated individual for our North York Head Office Location to join our growing team as a Collections/AR Clerk .
The basic function of the Collections Clerk is to ensure that customers are billed accurately and efficiently for all sales and to ensure that that money is fully collected as efficiently as possible. The following are principal duties of the Collection/AR Clerk:
· Complete collections as per procedure, escalating calls and sending letters as necessary
· Account reconciliation
· Experience with Microsoft Office with a strong knowledge in Excel
· Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
· Fluent in writing and speaking English
· Previous financial Collection experience is required- transportation industry is an asset
