Career Opportunity for New Product Launch & Replenishment Manager Iovate is a dynamic, leading-edge nutrition company that delivers some of the highest quality, most innovative and effective active nutrition and weight management products in the world. Iovate – Commited to a higher standard Accountabilities:Provides leadership, direction and coaching to the project management team specialists & coordinatorsResponsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of all projects across our business, setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlinesCoordinate and work with colleagues from all departments across the organization to ensure all new item launches and special replenishment initiatives are available to ship to customers on-time. Departments include Production, Demand Planning, R&D, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Legal, Regulatory, Creative, Sales and MarketingDirect & communicate project priorities to team members and help communicate key project timelines & milestone dates to all key business units Oversee the management & risk identification and communications for “Built to order” projectsOversee product label approvals, this includes directing the team coordinators and colleagues across the organization in ensuring labels are fully approved to print within the due dates directed by youOversee the management, tracking & execution of work orders for promotional items (in-store displays, marketing initiatives etc.)Oversee the management, tracking & execution of change controls, ensuring no gaps in supply due to transition activities Lead weekly meetings hosted by the New Product Launch Team to ensure all new product launches and special replenishment initiatives are on track vs. required timelines. Drive solutions for any identified obstacles working with the cross functional team. Escalate obstacles when necessary to senior leadership team. May include presenting progress on all new item launch initiatives to the Executive Team monthly as required, highlighting any issues impacting timelines with potential solutions and recommendations Experience & Skillset:Post-Secondary Education in Business, Science, or Project ManagementMinimum 3-5 years of management experience Related experience preferably within a consumer-packaged goods environmentExcellent interpersonal & leadership skills, with a strong ability to negotiate with and influence cross functional team members to meet product launch milestones and established targetsStrong oral & written communication skills, detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage conflicting priorities & multiple projects within deadlinesOutstanding problem-solving skillProactive and able to continuously manage change in an extremely fast paced, energetic work environment What We Offer:Community involvement through charitable eventsCompetitive compensation packageEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid vacation & 5 personal daysEmployee Engagement EventsProduct & Swag from our industry leading brandsProfessional career developmentOpportunities for Global career exposure without the need to relocateCulture:Located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada we offer a dynamic, progressive, team based environment.
