Description: ASUS is looking for a strategic and innovative thinker, who can turn ideas into programs that deliver positive business results, to contribute to our Digital Marketing team. The Senior Marketing Specialist can adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment and handles numerous duties, manages budgets, balances ongoing requests, sets priorities, and meets tight deadlines. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing key owned media initiatives, including but not limited to SEO projects, email marketing, SMS marketing and Loyalty marketing programs.Responsibilities: Build strategies for engaging with customers through owned media channels, with the goal of improving customer experiences and increasing each customer’s lifetime valueDeploy personalized, targeted messages through various channels to customers to keep them engaged across their lifecycleOwnership of the owned media calendar and management of cross-functional email and SMS marketing requestsBuild, manage and grow loyalty programs to foster greater customer loyaltyLead SEO initiatives including both on-page and off-page optimizationsAnalyze results of owned media initiatives, making recommendations based on that analysis and championing those recommendationsManage digital marketing initiatives for the ASUS Store and retail marketplaces, including but not limited to paid media, affiliate programs, SEO and content A/B testing & optimizationQualifications:2-3 years experience deploying emails through email marketing platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud1-2 years experience managing loyalty programs Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science or a related discipline In-depth knowledge of key components of successful SEO initiatives and understanding of SEO fundamentalsBasic graphic design skills and familiarity with designing softwareExperience in consumer electronics or technology, managing SMS marketing programs, and understanding of gaming and the eSports ecosystem are assetsWell-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn those insights into business recommendationsTeam player with ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build business partnershipsDetail-oriented, positive, results-oriented attitude and a love of learning new thingsProven written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS Office applications, Google for Work, and project management tools Application:We thank all applicants for their interest, but only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.ASUS is compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, and recognizes its obligation to provide accommodation in the job application process to persons with disabilities on request, up to the point of undue hardship.
