Responsabilités
Veiller à la santé, au confort et à la sécurité des clients.
Le candidat ou la candidate doit aimer les gens, être polyvalent(e), posséder un savoir-faire en matière d'entretien ménager et d'entretien et prendre en main le projet.
Toute personne dont la candidature est retenue doit être disponible pour travailler sur des horaires flexibles, les soirs et les fins de semaine
Assurer la communication quotidienne avec tous les associés de projet.
Percevoir le loyer et faire le suivi des défauts de paiement.
S'assurer que le taux d'inoccupation (réduit) et le budget (bénéfice d'exploitation net atteint ou excédé) sont réalisés pour chaque projet grâce à un service efficace aux résidents existants et potentiels.
Effectuer l'inspection des logements vacants et prochainement inoccupés.
Faire visiter et louer les logements.
S'assurer que toutes les demandes de location sont traitées conformément aux directives fournies.
Effectuer les inspections annuelles.
Préparer et effectuer les dépôts bancaires.
Réaliser des tâches administratives incluant le traitement de documents pour le projet ou pour les autres associés.
S'assurer que les entrepreneurs respectent le calendrier des travaux et les exécutent selon les modalités du contrat.
Assurer une gestion des stocks convenable et exacte.
Remplir les formulaires administratifs reliés au poste sur une tablette électronique.
Accomplir d'autres tâches confiées par le leader.
Exigences professionnelles
2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle, un atout
Diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine pertinent
Exigences techniques
Expérience dans le domaine informatique obligatoire avec comme atout la connaissance des programmes fondés sur le Web
Capacité d'apprendre et de s'adapter rapidement à différents systèmes informatiques et à toute nouvelle technologie
Familiarité avec les tablettes informatiques est un atou
Exigences non techniques
Volonté de fournir un excellent service à la clientèle
Engagé à la formation de meilleures communautés pour tous les clients et les communautés avoisinantes
Capacité d'assumer la responsabilité de ses actions et décisions et faire le suivi de jusqu'à la finalisation
Excellentes capacités d'écoute et communication téléphonique
Capacités exceptionnelles de solution de problèmes et de prise de décisions
Solides compétences en planification et en organisation jumelées à la capacité de gérer de multiples tâches et d'établir des priorités
Excellentes aptitudes en gestion de temps
Capacité de traiter des questions délicate et confidentielles
Capacité de demeurer calme et de maîtriser toute situation avec patience, empathie et compréhension
Capacité de travailler de façon autonome (autogestion) de même qu'avec d'autres associés dans un esprit d'équipe
Nature flexible et capacité d'apprendre rapidement et de s'adapter au changement
Solide esprit d'initiative et souci de la réussite (effort de réaliser la mission de Boardwalk)
Démontrer une attitude positive, de l'enthousiasme et de l'assurance
Capacité, jusqu'à huit heures par jour, de marcher, rester debout, monter des escaliers et soulever du matériel
Capacité de soulever jusqu'à 10 kg en utilisant l'équipement approprié
