**Job Title:** Dual Property Operations Manager

**Location:** DoubleTree by Hilton Kitchener and Home2 Suites by Hilton Kitchener

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dual Property Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of DoubleTree by Hilton Kitchener and Home2 Suites by Hilton Kitchener. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive exceptional guest experiences across both properties. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage diverse teams and ensure the highest standards of service and profitability. The Dual Property Operations Manager will report directly to the Dual Property General Manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Operational Oversight:**

- Manage all operational aspects of both properties, ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.

- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores through consistent service excellence.

2. **Leadership and Team Management:**

- Lead, coach, and mentor department heads and staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.

- Ensure staffing levels are adequate and in line with budgetary constraints.

3. **Financial Management:**

- Oversee the financial performance of both properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Implement cost control measures to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.

- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

4. **Guest Experience:**

- Ensure both properties deliver exceptional guest experiences, addressing and resolving any guest issues promptly.

- Monitor guest feedback and reviews, implementing changes to improve satisfaction.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.

5. **Sales and Marketing:**

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.

- Participate in community and industry events to promote the properties.

- Work with corporate marketing to ensure brand consistency and effective marketing campaigns.

6. **Compliance and Safety:**

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Hilton policies and procedures.

- Maintain health and safety standards across both properties.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to standards.

7. **Reporting:**

- Provide regular updates and reports on operational performance to the Dual Property General Manager.

- Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

- Present recommendations for improvements and strategic initiatives to the General Manager.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience, preferably with dual property oversight.

- Experience working with a union would be an asset.

- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.

- Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
