We are currently seeking a full-time experienced corporate paralegal to join our corporate team. Handle purchases and sales of businesses, both assets and shares;
Assist with all corporate work including BC and Federal incorporations and registrations, extra provincial registrations, annual maintenance, trademark matters, director/officer changes, share allotments/transfers and dividends and all other ancillary corporate matters;
Potentially, the opportunity to work on some real estate and commercial lending;
Organization and management of files, including managing a BF system and billing.
