Our client, a division of a global world class manufacturer in the Vaughan area, is currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist reports to the Assistant Human Resources Manager and/or Human Resources Manager and is responsible for supporting all human resources functions including employee relations, benefits, disability management, recruitment, and training coordination.
A great work experience within a world class manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources experience required, preferably in the automotive industry or manufacturing at a minimum.
Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, CAQ, PeopleSoft, Workday.

Responsible for internal/external recruitment process for plant facility (eg. Ensure all recruitment procedures are followed according to our audit requirements
Maintain recruitment activity/quarterly job posting statistics bi/weekly
Maintain archives/record retention and control of documents for the HR Department
Responsible for maintaining all employee contracts for temporary/full time associates
