Pacific Coast Express Limited is a diversified transportation company based in Surrey, BC serving Western Canada and the United States and is a proud business unit of Mullen Group Ltd. (Located at our Surrey, BC head office, this an important support role within our Sales and Marketing department. The position provides timely and accurate rate quotes, customer support and marketing leads to help promote and contribute to the company’s success. The role also assists in developing marketing opportunities, freight rates, maintains efficient communication and works collaboratively with all departments to help meet the company’s sales objectives. This is a fundamental role when it comes to helping the company achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Pricing. Provides pricing quotes/rates over the phone and by email
· Responds to sales and pricing inquiries by phone and electronically
· Generates and qualifies sales leads; plans and conducts telemarketing to generate new sales
· Establishes and maintains manual and electronic information regarding freight tariffs and other related pricing tables using company’s software and filing methods
· Follows up on sales leads and pricing activity
~ Maintain compliance with company standards and policies performs other responsibilities as delegated by the Director, Sales & Pricing

Proficient in learning new computer systems
· Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel skills
· Minimum high school diploma complemented by 3 years of progressive administrative and/or accounting experience.
