Jij snapt als geen ander dat de operationele context leidend is voor succesvolle OT-security programma’s? Heb jij ervaring met het adviseren van grote organisaties op strategisch niveau? En wil je helpen hun complexe OT-cybersecurity vraagstukken op te pakken? Als Principal Consultant OT security beschik je over uitgebreide ervaring met het leiden van complexe trajecten gericht op OT cybersecurity . Je begrijpt de impact van security op de continuïteit van een fabriek of faciliteit en overziet het dreigingslandschap om daarover gericht te adviseren over zaken als governance, detectie, preventie en respons. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze klant weet wat er op security voor OT speelt binnen zijn/haar organisatie en zorgt dat de risico’s worden beheerst.
Fox-IT levert advies en oplossingen voor cyber security dreigingen en wil groeien in haar OT capabilities. Jij hebt een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van onze groeiambitie in Nederland, en mogelijk daarbuiten. We gaan er dan ook vanuit dat je zowel de gesprekken op senior niveau kan voeren als een actieve rol pakt in de uitvoering van opdrachten.
Opdrachten variëren van vraagstukken over:
Leiden en uitvoeren van projecten voor geavanceerde cybersecurity oplossingen in diverse OT-omgevingen;
Toezicht houden op en beheren van uitgebreide ICS/OT-cyberbeveiligingsprojecten, waaronder asset discovery, kwetsbaarheidsanalyse en detectie van bedreigingen;
Gedetailleerde dreigingsmodellering uitvoeren met gebruikmaking van MITRE ATT&CK voor ICS en Enterprise-raamwerken;
Voert diepgaande hands-on tests en evaluaties uit van ICS/OT-apparaten en netwerksystemen;
Strategische keuzes die leiden tot een veranderd cyber risicoprofiel en betere mate van cyber security;
Begrijpen van dreigingen op een specifieke klant en de gevolgen voor de inrichting van cyber security;
Managen van een strategisch verander programma op het gebied van cyber security;
Bespreken en trainen van management teams en board leden op dilemma’s die zich voordoen in cyber security scenario’s;
Borging van kwaliteit door als onafhankelijke derde mee te kijken met verbeteringen die een klant doorvoert op cybersecurity gebied.
Je spreekt met klanten over de strategische plannen en uitdagingen, en adviseert over de verbeteringen van cybersecurity met de focus op OT. Hier komt ook bij kijken dat je de verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de hoge standaard ten aanzien van onze dienstverlening en daarmee de kwaliteit waarborgt vanuit de leverende teams binnen Fox-IT. Daarnaast zorg je dat jouw mede-experts en de medewerkers van de klant weten wat ze moeten doen en creëer je de omgeving waarin jullie samen de beste diensten kunnen leveren.

Je weet verschillende scenario’s op een effectieve wijzen te analyseren en maakt de vertaalslag naar een concrete oplossing. Bekwaamheid in het gebruik van toonaangevende OT-monitoringplatforms zoals Dragos, Claroty en Nozomi;
Diploma in elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of industriële techniek, of in een nauw verwante discipline;
Directe, hands-on ervaring in verschillende industrieën zoals productie, retail, transport, warehousing, energie;
Ben je een generalist op het gebied van cyber security of juist een specialist op een specifiek onderwerp binnen het cyber security domein. Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar ervaring op het gebied van consultancy of cyber security;
Naast een stevige dosis kennis van techniek ben je ook zeer ervaren in klantcontact, het fabriceren van rapportages en beheers je adviesvaardigheden;
Indien je niet alle bovenstaande punten al volledig beheerst of volledig voldoet aan het beschreven profiel, maar je wel verder wilt ontwikkelen op het gebied van OT cybersecurity en al relevante ervaring meebrengt: ook dan zijn we op zoek naar jou. Je komt te werken op een plek aan de top van de cybersecurity waar jouw ideeën worden gewaardeerd. Een gunstige pensioenregeling, 26 vakantiedagen (+4 verplichte vrije dagen) en 8% vakantiegeld bij een fulltime contract;
