Esri Canada has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager, based out of Western Canada, with a focus on the Municipal and Natural Resource customers. The success of our customers is central to our growth, and we aim to act as trusted partners with our clients and help them get the best out of their investment in GIS.
Customer Success Manager’s responsibilities include:
Continue to build rapport, trust and long-term relationships with relevant staff at all levels within customer organization, particularly at the executive / senior leadership servant level.
Work jointly with customers to help them achieve success in their GIS endeavours and wider business strategies.
Identify and recommend the best use of GIS and locational intelligence within an organization to promote customer success and achieve a strong ROI from their investment in Esri Canada Solutions
Maintain a well-informed account team, through regular communication of all relevant customer strategy, underway and programmed activities, to supporting effective delivery of solutions, and growth.
Identify opportunities for professional services, training and software, where these either contribute to the customer’s success or support the sale of Esri Canada software, passing them to account managers
Help to Identify and support the resolution of problems or issues within the customers lines of business, and work with the appropriate Esri Canada teams to mitigate or resolve them
Maintain customer and market intelligence in Salesforce as required.
Seek and compile information on customers that may identify trends that will impact Esri Canada and Customer areas of mutual interest, sharing these with the team to allow for appropriate action to be taken.

Five or more years years experience working with government, ideally municipal, and Natural Resources, and or GIS software company in a sales, consulting or operations role.
Sound understanding of the use of GIS in a municipal government and natural resources
A broad range of transferable IT experience/knowledge to support engagements with customers
Considered as assets for this position are the following:
Experience in Land Management, Permitting, Asset Management Systems, Public Safety and / or Government Transportation, Digital Transformation experience, and Smart Government initiatives

Maintenir les informations sur les clients et le marché dans Salesforce selon les besoins.
Cinq ans ou plus d'expérience dans le domaine de l'administration, idéalement municipale, et des ressources naturelles, ou dans une société de logiciels SIG, dans un rôle de vente, de conseil ou d'exploitation.
Expérience du développement de relations commerciales avec les clients.
Diplôme universitaire ou collégial

Expérience de la gestion foncière, des permis, des systèmes de gestion des actifs, de la sécurité publique et/ou des transports publics, expérience de la transformation numérique et des initiatives de gouvernement intelligent.
