Remote, part-time 25 hours per week for "after-hours" evenings, weekends, plus holiday shifts. Weekends: 4 to 8 hour shifts between 8AM and 8PM

Be a "chat actor" for our technical brands Start and respond to relevant conversations as each brand
Monitor and respond to account engagement on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Tik Tok others as needed)
Drive follower growth and engagement on social media channels for multiple clients
Drive website traffic, generate leads and facilitate conversations with target accounts through social media
Manage ABM (Account Based Marketing) research, outreach & tracking
Generate leads through ABM techniques
Establish and nurture media and industry leader relationships for the purpose of generating collaboration and PR opportunities
Use social media to establish and nurture relationships with podcasters, industry news outlets, and industry event organizations for the purpose of generating collaboration and PR opportunities
Monitor and engage with industry event social feeds to identify potential ABM prospects, identify content creation inspiration, generate collaboration and PR opportunities
Update client CRM records as needed (HubSpot, Salesforce, spreadsheets, platform is based on client)
Increase reach by identifying new digital opportunities, optimizing existing channels, and running experiments
Develop and maintain expertise on the platforms and best practices used for community management, B2B marketing and ABM
Identify and manage industry influencer relationships (media, thought leaders, podcasters, niche publications, associations and professional organizations, event organizers, etc)
Create relevant branded social content for existing audiences (engagement, education, thought leadership, newsjacking and opinion content - not sales/ad content)
Create social content to promote long-form and technical content marketing assets (case studies, white papers, blog posts, webinars, data sheets, etc)
Post and promote specialty content, including events and job postings
Brand/brand voice development, maintenance and protection
Competitor monitoring and reporting
Contribute to campaign ideas and future strategic planning sessions with a Strategist

3+ years in a B2B social media marketing or community manager role or similar
~ Must have technical B2B industry experience
~ Mus be comfortable learning about technical topics and engaging in technical conversations
~ Exceptional written communication skills
~ Strong time management skills
~ Strong customer service skills
~ Relevant education, relevant work experience or relevant related experience plus a demonstration of good position fit required
~ Quickly and easily grasps technical concepts, topics and ideas


A background in business-related journalism, industry publications, engineering, technology or similar technical fields
Familiarity with social media accessibility best practices
Familiarity with website and Facebook chatbots
Familiarity with creating social content
Familiarity with account-based marketing approaches

Sendible, Slack, Asana, Office 365, native social platforms

26-$32 per hour
