About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated S&P Senior Manager, Eater Strategy, to join our Delivery Canada Strategy & Planning team. As a core member of Delivery Canada’s S&P team, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and scale our delivery platform across Canada.
The S&P Senior Manager, Eater Strategy, is responsible for developing valuable insights & analytics to steer the Eater business operations and develop breakthrough strategies for Eater growth.
The Canadian market is maturing and the competition is intensifying. We need to develop and execute Eater strategies that resolve critical challenges, unlock new scale opportunities, and ultimately accelerate the growth of the business. To do so, we also need to better understand the Canadian Eaters, the Canadian food-service market, and Canadian competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
As the Eater Strategy Snr Manager, you will collaborate with team members and stakeholders from S&P, Eater Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Product, and the broader cross-functional org.

What You'll Do
Conduct business analyses on Eater insights, OFD & food service market trends, competitors, and internal priorities to identify areas of opportunities and develop solutions
Develop breakthrough consumer strategies to accelerate consumer growth and expand profitability
Collaborate in developing and refining of operational tools and to execute the strategies and deliver consumer growth
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online food delivery, consumer digital, and food service markets
Manage the governance and regular reporting of the overall business performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including S&P, Eater Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Product
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience with consumer tech or consumer product companies in an strategy, consumer operations, consumer analytics, or consumer-focused consulting role
Track record of accelerating profitable growth through breakthrough consumer strategies
Proficiency in project management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Experience with SQL

Financial & business acumen - You understand the importance of investments & returns and work tirelessly to improve those returns

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$111,000 per year - CAD$123,500 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits. More details can be found at the following link
