Remote Information Technology Project Manager

FinSocial is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Project Management Intern to join our dynamic team for a 6-month unpaid internship/co-op. This opportunity offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. Project Coordination: Assist in testing, researching, and implementing new tools and techniques to enhance our IT infrastructure.
Scheduling: Help coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
Expense Planning: Support budget planning and expense management for IT projects.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical challenges that may arise during projects.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including AI, Crypto, and Marketing divisions, to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
Assist in maintaining comprehensive project documentation and providing regular updates to senior management.
Quality Assurance: Contribute to ensuring that all IT projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Some exposure to project management through coursework, internships, or related experiences is preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT systems and software development. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
