(UNPAID) STUDENT INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY -FINGERPRINT TECHNICIAN- Location: Mississauga, OntarioABOUT: Ferraro's Fingerprinting Agency Inc. is accredited and certified by the Canadian Real-Time Identification Services branch of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to submit fingerprints electronically in support of certified criminal record checks. Along with electronic fingerprinting services, Ferraro's Fingerprinting Agency Inc. also provides ink fingerprinting services for various purposes and name-based criminal record checks.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide electronic and ink-and-roll fingerprinting services.- Answering phone calls dealing with inquiries and taking detailed messages- Booking appointments through Square Appointments- Collecting and organizing documents from clients, and following up as needed- Collecting processing fees, and issuing receipts- Perform other administrative tasks as may be required.QUALIFICATIONS: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Patience and empathy when dealing with clients.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- Good organizational and time management skills- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.- Previous customer service experience is an asset.- RCMP-Certified Criminal Record Check (will be taken at the time of your interview)AVAILABILITY: - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Required)- Minimum of 2 to 3 shifts during the week: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMHOW TO APPLY:- Please submit your resume and cover letter to nancy@ffingerprinting.com
