JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is looking for a Project Admin to join one of BC's leading health authorities in the Construction and Facilities group. This resource will be dedicated to improving healthcare through effective project administration. In this role, you will apply your analytical expertise to review, evaluate, and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all of the health authorities projects are managed with a keen eye on risk. The day-to-day will involve performing detailed analysis to validate that projects align and will be the linchpin that maintains a supportive network among internal and external stakeholders, fostering relationships that are beneficial for all parties involved. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with project teams and end-user departments to drive both capital and operational projects to success. Your role extends to gathering critical information and assessing the risks associated with project interdependencies, requiring interaction with external consultants and other health authorities to safeguard the organization’s interests.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or in a field related to the specific project(s) -Experience in financial analysis, project planning/management and technical expertise relating to the specific project(s). -Comprehensive technical expertise, project/process management, financial analytical skills and business acumen. -Effectively and accurately responds to the needs of stakeholders and is acutely aware of the impact of decisions and actions on the organization and various stakeholders. -Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills to work effectively in a team setting and with a variety of stakeholders. -Demonstrated knowledge of current advanced word processing, graphics presentation, and spreadsheet computer applications to prepare reports and presentations. -Results-oriented within a high-pressure working environment with numerous critical timelines.
