ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FULL-TIME, PERMANENT

Our client is an established organization in professional services that provides designation and certification programs and courses to members across Canada. Their award-winning Public Relations team is looking for a diligent, proactive, and collaborative administrative professional to join them in supporting their efforts. Collaborative and creative team
Hybrid wor model (3 days in office)
Reporting to the Vice President of the Public Relations department, you are a key team member with the primary responsibilities of administrative support and financial administration. Perform various administrative tasks
File and organize documents including contracts and financial statements
Manage phone and email communications
Compile data, statistics, and other insights to support reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, expense reconciliations, and submissions
Maintain financial dashboards with accurate and updated data
You are attentive to accuracy and dedicated to high-quality work. College diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in a similar role in a corporate environment
Basic financial and business administration knowledge
Proficiency with MS Office/365 applications (e.Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong proficiency with MS Excel to track financial data
Bilingualism in English and French would be a strong asset
