Overview
We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant for a dynamic and successful entrepreneur in the tech industry. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to the entrepreneur, ensuring both their business and personal lives run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a versatile, highly organized, flexible, and discreet professional capable of managing a wide range of tasks, from administrative duties to personal errands and household management and hands-on duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure the entrepreneur is prepared for all meetings and engagements. Handle email and phone communication on behalf of the entrepreneur, acting as a first point of contact for business and personal matters.
  • Financial Management: Oversee personal and some business financial matters, including bill payments, expense reports, and liaising with accountants.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for the entrepreneur and the team.
  • Household Management: Oversee household operations, including coordination with housekeeping and maintenance contractors. Ensure the home is well-maintained, stocked, and that household operations run seamlessly.
  • Personal Errands and Tasks: Handle personal errands such as shopping, appointment bookings, light housekeeping,, occasional cat sitting, and other tasks as needed to support the entrepreneur's personal life.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, capable of handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Task Management Software, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software and systems.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules and tasks.
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Full-time position requires work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, during normal business hours.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
