Key Responsibilities: Sales Duties - Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles by understanding their needs and preferences. - Conduct test drives, present vehicle features, and explain financing options. - Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. - Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions, and industry trends. - Collaborate with the sales team and finance department to streamline the sales process.
