Job Description
We are looking for a driven Automotive Subprime Sales Professional to join our dealership team. This role focuses on helping customers with challenged credit get approved and into a vehicle while delivering a professional, ethical, and high-energy sales experience.
If you are comfortable working leads, building relationships, and closing deals, this is an excellent opportunity with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming automotive leads (phone, text, email, CRM)
- Contact and follow up with subprime credit customers
- Generate organic automotive leads through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, etc.)
- Work directly with the Sales Manager and Finance team to structure subprime deals
- Conduct needs assessments and match customers to vehicles and lenders
- Set and confirm appointments, conduct test drives, and close sales
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up schedules in CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals
- Assist with all other dealership sales-related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience preferred (subprime experience a strong plus)
- Strong phone skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Understanding of the automotive sales process
- Comfortable working with credit-challenged customers
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Familiarity with CRM systems and social media marketing
- Valid driver's license
