As an Account Coordinator you will assist the account management team with their daily tasks as well as work on bigger long-term projects. This is an entry level role, ideal for a candidate looking to develop within the organization over the next 3-5 years. The role reports directly to the Account Management Team Lead.

Please note that this position can be based out of our Montreal or Boisbriand office.

Assist Account Managers & Account Executives with daily tasks including:

  • Order processing
  • Tracking orders
  • Content Requests
  • Account Maintenance

Work with clients on:

  • Outbound connectivity calls
  • Email requests
  • Working with smaller accounts
  • Your skills and qualifications
  • Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
  • Organized with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to work autonomously but also as a part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
  • Solution oriented
