Under the guidance of a Manager or Senior Manager, the Senior Associate is responsible for providing project management and consulting support on rebrand implementation projects. This role may involve leading small projects, key components of larger projects, as well as providing support across multiple projects. The Senior Associate is expected to manage project timelines, coordinate with clients and team members, and ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.

Project Management and Execution
Support various phases of rebrand implementation projects
Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, schedules, and updates using project management software
Manage project deliverables and performance in line with approved project plans
Ensure all project participants understand project goals, assumptions, constraints, and deliverables by beginning with the end in mind and managing this process throughout each phase of work
Produce cost estimates based on client data and established strategies
Develop and update deliverables based on data gathered to support project analysis
Take notes during stakeholder interviews and incorporate relevant information into project planning and analysis
Bring forward smarter, faster, better solutions to processes and identify opportunities to be more agile in day-to-day activities
Three to four years of relevant experience that includes project management and direct client engagement
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify important details while maintaining focus on overall project goals
High level of comfort with technology, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as MS Project and SharePoint
