Your Role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional, with a solar background and based in the Calgary area. We offer competitive base compensation and a very attractive uncapped commission structure. We offer paid vacation and sick days and a competitive benefits package. Your Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new customer leads through targeted outreach
  • Account Management:
    ensure highest standards and customer service excellence are upheld to support and assist Dealers in growing their business with top tier resources, products, system design, pricing, etc.
  • Maintain communications and collaborative relationships with Dealer and Contractor contacts to facilitate product support and proactive positioning of inventory levels to meet peak demands
  • Developing and presenting proposals to clients, virtually and in person
  • Developing relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and negotiating contracts
  • Representing Frankensolar at networking and industry events
  • Improving performance through developing new strategies and processes

Your Requirements:

  • The ability to deliver high value solar sales to Dealers
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in solar Industry
  • Knowledge of the solar industry including basics of system design and construction, product knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong networking ability and the ability to constantly expand your customer base
  • Excellent strategic thinking and the desire to contribute to the expansion of the department
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in work experience
  • Minimum 1 year Solar Experience
