Responsibilities:

As a Physiotherapist and potential Clinic Director, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians, providing clinical guidance and support.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, referrers, and healthcare providers.
  • Promote physiotherapy services, devise marketing strategies, and increase patient referrals.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in recruitment, performance management, and strategic planning.
  • Conduct assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Identify areas for clinic improvement and implement changes for enhanced patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Current registration with the relevant physiotherapy board.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in physiotherapy, including team management or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong leadership skills, self-motivation, and a passion for patient care.
  • Some Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $48.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
