Creating candidate pipelining strategies by developing and maintaining market intelligence, researching target companies, and building network relationships to attract and hire top talent for Labatt
Partnering with key business leaders to identify hiring needs (short and long-term) and developing a strategy to find top talent to deliver to the business
Sourcing, screening, presenting, and managing candidates across multiple departments, which could include but not be limited to Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and HR
Sharing recruitment knowledge base with the team by providing best practices and tips on relevant industries and talent pools
Driving continuous improvement in the recruitment process by bringing innovative solutions and leveraging industry benchmarks to address existing gaps and elevate the recruitment team
Supporting all Campus season recruitment activities, attending campus events, and supporting the hiring for our internship programs
Hosting and leading engagement activities for the team, in support of the Talent Acquisition Mana ger
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
~ Strong excel skills, analytical skills, project planning and client management skills
~ 2-3 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment
