This role combines day-to-day HR operations with the improvement of HR systems and processes. You'll be a trusted business partner for managers and employees, helping build and scale our HR function as the company continues to grow. Vous serez un véritable partenaire d'affaires auprès des gestionnaires et des employés, tout en contribuant à faire évoluer nos outils et nos pratiques au rythme de la croissance de l'entreprise. Key Responsibilities/Responsabilités principales · Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers on all HR matters, including onboarding, performance management, benefits, and policy interpretation. · Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. · Lead or support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the HRIS system. · Streamline and automate HR processes to improve efficiency, data integrity, and reporting accuracy. · Contribute to HR projects that drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness. · Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation. · Servir de partenaire de confiance auprès des employés et des gestionnaires pour toutes les questions RH : intégration, gestion du rendement, avantages sociaux, politiques et conformité. · Maintenir à jour les dossiers des employés et veiller au respect des politiques internes et des lois du travail. · Participer à l'implémentation, l'amélioration et l'optimisation du système d'information RH (HRIS). · Automatiser et simplifier les processus RH afin d'améliorer l'efficacité, la fiabilité des données et la qualité des rapports. · Contribuer à des projets RH qui favorisent l'engagement, la culture et l'efficacité organisationnelle. · Documenter et mettre à jour les politiques, procédures et pratiques RH. Qualifications/ Profil · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · 3–5 years of progressive HR experience (including generalist responsibilities and HRIS management). · Experience implementing or optimizing HR systems (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, Dayforce, or similar). · Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance requirements. · Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and HR data analysis tools. · Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. · Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset. · Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration ou dans un domaine connexe. · 3 à 5 ans d'expérience progressive en RH (incluant des responsabilités de généraliste et la gestion d'un système HRIS). · Expérience démontrée avec des systèmes RH (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, Dayforce ou équivalent). · Solide compréhension des pratiques RH, du droit du travail et de la conformité. · Maîtrise d'Excel ou Google Sheets et des outils d'analyse de données. · Excellente communication, sens de la collaboration et esprit d'analyse. · Capacité à allier vision stratégique et exécution concrète. · Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis.
