Skills and Responsibilities:
• Design and provide Solution on PeopleSoft Architecture.
• Strong expertise on People Tools 8.5x
• Must have recent hands-On experience with PeopleTools and PUM upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of update/change assistant and hands on experience applying PeopleSoft maintenance and application/Tools upgrades and PUM.
• Setup, configure, and maintain all PeopleSoft application environments and accompanying Oracle databases in accordance with industry best practices.
• Strong hold on Integrations for PeopleSoft Inbound and Outbound Processes.
• Well versed in Peoplesoft Migration activities.
• Extensive experience working with People Tools, Application Designer, Integration Broker, Security, Tree Manager, PS Query, Data Mover, Import Manager, Upgrade and Change Assistant in PeopleSoft application.
• High level Oracle Database Administration & Configuring the Operating Systems to support PeopleSoft Oracle databases.
• Experience with Windows/Linux/AIX3 OS Server administration.
• Resolve application related vulnerability findings.
• Understanding in OS related activities like SFTP connectivity, support application specific tasks during OS/DB patching.
• Assist application team with infrastructure requirements.
• Participate in day-to-day aspects of a Project meetings like planning, review, and daily stand-ups.
• Experience with ITSM tools like Service-Now or similar tools.
• Work on ITSM tools
• Technical Gap Assessment and Resolution
• Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• Team leadership activities include mentoring Jr support technicians.
