Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada's leading car and truck accessory retailer and distributor for both the private and industry sectors. With our head office in Moncton, New Brunswick, we have 44 stores across Canada. We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for our business in the Greater Toronto Area. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager leads a group of 3 corporate stores in Ontario; The Operations Manager will assist the senior management team in driving sales, enforcing policies and standards, managing and developing staff, developing budgets, achieving targets, ensuring quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Work with Store Managers and outside Business Development Managers to help achieve sales and expense budgets

Perform monthly store condition/standard audits and inventory audits

Ensure that all stores are following all company policies

Train store staff on implementation of new operating procedures

Liaise with regional Business Development Managers to ensure outside sales opportunities are identified and followed up on

Liaise with the Fleet team and Sales team on a regular basis.

Liaise with marketing department to ensure local advertising is placed in an effective manner

University Degree or Community College Diploma, preferably in business or automotive

Experience in the automotive aftermarket accessory industry and/or a deep passion for the industry

Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays

Experience with computer-based inventory system considered an asset
