We're Hiring: Director, Trico Construction Management Inc.

This is a Full-time, Permanent position reporting to the President. The Director will be responsible for implementing the strategic direction for Trico Construction Management and overseeing the day-to-day project management, construction, and financial goals of multiple projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement multi-year plans for Trico Construction Management.
  2. Develop annual revenue and expense budgets in collaboration with the Vice President of Finance.
  3. Provide leadership to project teams and ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Contribute to business development efforts and maintain client relationships.
  5. Lead pre-development and development activities for Trico Homes.
  6. Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  7. Manage all aspects of project development activities.
  8. Prepare and update project documentation.
  9. Attract, retain, and develop staff for succession planning.
  10. Provide guidance and direction to all staff.
Qualifications, Experience & Education

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in overseeing development and residential construction projects. Ability to achieve aggressive growth plans, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of project management phases are required.
