Est un employé capable d'effectuer tous les travaux nécessaires à la vérification des moteurs et accessoires de moteur y compris l'installation du moteur ou accessoires de moteur sur les appareils de vérification. Il enregistrera et compilera les résultats et rapports de vérification d'après la lecture des instruments au cours de la vérification, après formation appropriée.
Il sera requis de rectifier toute perte mineure d'air, de carburant ou d'huile et de changer tout accessoire nécessaire pour compléter une vérification satisfaisante.
Assister le spécialiste d'accessoires électriques pour résolution de problèmes électriques durant le test
Changement de configuration dans banc d'essai
Câblage d'instrument
lorsque requis pour le remplacement d'accessoires

Shall be one who is competent to carry out all work required in performance testing engines and engine units, including the installation of the engine or unit on the test equipment, starting and running the engine or unit to a test schedule, and record and compile test results and reports after adequate training from instrument reading opting during running.
They shall be required to rectify any minor air, fuel or oil leak and change any accessories as necessary to complete satisfactory test run.
Shall be one who is engaged to assist a class A tester or is employed solely in any one of a class A tester duties with the exception of testing the engine alone.
Assist electrical accessory specialist in troubleshooting while testing
External Engine hardware changes while on test, often assisted by a fitter
Configuration changes in test bed
Instrument writing
Removal and reinstallation of plumbing/tubing at test
