Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - (SRTASP1.Comtech) is a multidisciplinary consulting firm providing integrated consulting solutions on complex capital projects, including Program and Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering, Technical Advisory, Construction Management, and Technology Integration Services. Our team thrives on embracing and navigating technical challenges within the Transportation and Infrastructure, Industrial and Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, and Buildings and Facilities markets. Our core focus is supporting project owners through collaborative and integrated partnerships to deliver projects that improve the world around us.
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Full-time
Review and approve team requisitions in Deltek, ensuring they are ready to be promoted on our Website and external sites
Manage relocation of newly onboarded or soon-to-be employees
with minimal guidance and review from the Talent Acquisition Manager. Maintain and make certain high-quality standards of the work package
Lead team meetings and filter takeaways for the Talent Acquisition Manager
Participate and exchange information with the team relating to upcoming career fairs, networking events, and details relating to professional associations 
Identify and source candidatesfor active resourcing needs in Deltek as well as on external sites 
Cross-post requisitions on external sites such as LinkedIn 
Promote corporate values, cultural competencies and skills 
network with internal employees to promote and support the upload of referrals 
Experience working in the engineering or project management industry is preferred
College diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or 5 years of relevant experience 
Knowledge of HR databases (ATS and Candidate Management Systems)
Senior level of Talent Acquisition knowledge (innovative interviewing techniques, offer letter standards, tough negotiations, relocations and LMIA, etc.)
Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
