Ce que tu ferais...
  • Coordonner les initiatives d'apprentissage et de développement (de la santé et sécurité au développement du leadership) en utilisant les méthodes actuelles et, éventuellement, en tirant parti d'une technologie adaptée.
  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement du programme de mentorat interne, de l'intégration des nouveaux mentors au suivi des participants au programme, en passant par le contrôle de l'efficacité et de l’impact du programme.
  • Fournir un soutien logistique, technologique et administratif pour les offres et les outils de formation.
  • Préparer et suivre les inscriptions des cohortes de formation/des segments d’apprenants dans les parcours de formation ou d'apprentissage adaptés.
  • Assurer le suivi des certifications, des renouvellements et d'autres étapes clés dans les parcours de formation certifiantes et réglementaires.
  • Jouer un rôle clé dans la sélection et la mise en œuvre d’un système de gestion des apprentissages (LMS), en tant qu'administrateur du système.
  • Soutenir les efforts visant à réorganiser tous les contenus d'apprentissage en ligne existants (e-Learnings), en arrangeant le contenu de manière efficace.
  • Guider les partenaires RH et les managers dans l'identification des opportunités d'apprentissage les mieux adaptées en fonction des besoins et des compétences à développer.
  • Évaluer et mettre en œuvre les possibilités de systématiser ou d'automatiser les pratiques d'accueil et d'intégration à l'aide d'une technologie adaptée.
  • Proposer des recommandations pour des parcours d'apprentissage innovants qui incluent diverses expériences d'apprentissage sur le lieu de travail, au-delà de l'apprentissage en ligne.
Ton profil...
  • 5 ans ou plus dans un rôle de coordination (idéalement dans une fonction RH ou dans tout autre domaine pertinent).
  • Expérience dans l’administration de systèmes de gestion de l'apprentissage, de génération de rapports et de méthodologies de suivi de la formation.
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office.
  • Expérience concrète avec Articulate 360.
  • Rigueur et souci du détail.
  • Excellente communication interpersonnelle (en français et en anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral).
