Promote standardized procedures and best practices for the Corporate Group, particularly with respect to compliance services and related issues.Serve as a member of the Corporate Precedent Committee, assisting with the development and maintenance of legal precedents.Lead and execute special projects aligned with firm-wide initiatives, aiming to improve operational efficiency and client service.Qualifications:Law Clerk diploma from an accredited college or completion of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario Certification.Minimum of 5 years of management or leadership experience in a corporate services or legal compliance environment.Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on mentoring and team development.Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.Experienced in project management, with a track record of leading successful operational efficiency initiatives.Comprehensive understanding of corporate law and compliance regulations.Proficient in legal entity software, preferably Minute Box, and Microsoft Office Suite.
