Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify requirements and timeframes to fill positions for Electrical Apprentices and Commercial Electricians in specified locations across Canada. Develop and implement proactive and innovative recruitment strategies Identify and compile ideal candidate profiles for the specific roles, with the suitable and specific preferred industry experience from competitive firmsConduct proactive outreach targeted measures and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future business requirements Tailor job advertisements for individuals who meet the identified criteriaContact identified candidates directly, convince them to participate in recruitment process, engage with candidates through professional channels and maintain constant contact for anticipated and time sensitive staff needsPromote open positions and attract targeted candidates via job postings and hiring events.Interview selected candidates and handpicked candidates to hiring managers Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
