Position Type: Permanent
As a dedicated and skilled SAP Basis Administrator, you will manage, maintain, and optimize SAP landscapes across various business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will lead the team in ensuring a robust, secure, and scalable SAP environment while mentoring team members in best practices and operational excellence. Maintain and manage SAP landscape deployments, infrastructure, and system performance.
Advise on infrastructure deployment strategies, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Mentor and guide the SAP Basis team on daily operations and industry best practices.
Utilize Solution Manager to monitor and manage the SAP landscape effectively.
Conduct performance tuning for SAP NetWeaver and other SAP components.

5+ years of SAP Basis administration.
~3+ years of experience with SAP Application integrations, including components such as CRM, Financial Services, and ECC.
~ Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and system copies.
~ Familiarity with strategic planning, scheduling, and monitoring practices in SAP environments.
~ Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and optimization.
~ Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills
~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Administration, or equivalent field.
