As the VP of regional qualification services within SAP Marketing, you will lead a Global team of regional managers tasked with managing the qualification services agents at SAP. Functions include performance management, organizational planning, day-to-day operations, and the general rhythm of the business. In this role, you will think holistically and strategically about key initiatives and will be a key player in helping the Marketing organization exceed its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manages the Global qualification services vendors (200+ contractors)
2. Performance Management / quality control across all qualification channels
3. Accountability of messaging / outreach sequences
4. Thought leadership on new communication / prospecting methodologies
5. Leadership of CRM workflow / best practices
6. Prepares, executes and follows up on strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Drives and supports strategic projects, including the preparation of presentation and management documents.
8. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive process efficiency and simplification, as well as foster a culture of trust and transparency.
9. Establish operational processes and manage the rhythm of the business.
10. Influence and build relationships with all levels and functions of the organization globally.

Skills and Qualifications

1. 10+ years of professional experience preferably in Marketing, Sales, Experience in lead generation (inbound / outbound).
2. 5+ years' experience managing global teams
3. Experience in a Startup environment, knowledge of how to build and scale teams and processes.
4. Change management experience, proven ability to manage organizational change while maintaining a balance between "bottoms-up" and "top-down" priorities.
5. Strategic thinking, along with strong execution capabilities and a can-do attitude.
6. Project Management experience, with a proven track record in strategic and operational projects.
7. Strong collaborator who can work effectively in a matrixed organization and partner with teams such as Sales and Marketing.
8. Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Compensation Range Transparency

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 201700 - 449000 (CND) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
