Tenure : Full-Time, Contract

Location : Brampton, ON

Hours : 8 am - 5 pm (Mon-Fri)

Pay Rate : $22-$25/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Support administration related to inventory controls (cycle counts, audits, KPIs) ensuring compliance and operational targets are met. This includes generating and organizing return materials authorization (RMA) forms and transportation coordination.
  • Maintain robust reporting on which you will action changes to inventory balancing
  • Coordinate system data maintenance and ensure 100% integrity.
  • Work closely with Finance and IT on adjustments and system changes.
  • Supply chain experience
  • Create RMA forms – update them
  • Assessments, filtering using spreadsheets

What you have:

  • Post-secondary degree in business, economics, engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years experience demonstrating familiarity with supply chain operations
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills; and highly detail oriented
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to contribute to and support multiple projects in a high-paced performance environment
