Supply Chain Analyst - Contract
The Supply Chain Analyst - Contract supports the customer service and supply strategy within Hill’s Canada, focusing on managing our new item setups while aligning forecasts between Hill's and our key accounts. Providing support to the local Customer Service & Logistics Manager while working as liaison with production and forecast teams in the US on daily operations and issue resolution.This role will be based out of our Toronto head office.
Project Management (40%)
Engage with key customers on aspects on projects related to CS&L
Investigates issues, determines root causes and together with the Customer Service and Supply Chain Manager to develop solutions
Project Support (10%)
~ Provides business and testing support for key projects, system upgrades and new business opportunities

Bachelor’s Degree required
Proficient use of Google and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
SAP experience
Bi-lingual an asset
