Vous serez responsable de superviser les activités quotidiennes, y compris la planification, la gestion des ressources et les tâches administratives. Il est primordial d’assurer la conformité aux politiques de la compagnie et aux règlements de l’industrie.
Vous serez un leader à l’écoute qui se consacre à aider les spécialistes à atteindre leurs objectifs, à favoriser la croissance et le perfectionnement de l’équipe et à assurer l’efficience des activités du bureau.
Assurer la direction d’une équipe de spécialistes, Expérience client, agir à titre de personne-ressource pour les questions qui nécessitent un transfert aux échelons supérieurs ou un examen ou encore qui représentent des occasions d’encadrement immédiates.
Soutenir le directeur général régional pour veiller à ce que les problèmes liés à l’exploitation des affaires et à la conformité respectent les normes les plus élevées.
Offrir un encadrement continu aux membres de l’équipe, fournir de la rétroaction et contribuer aux évaluations de rendement et aux responsabilités de gestion du temps.
Cerner les besoins de formation, les occasions d’apprentissage et les lacunes en matière de connaissances au sein de l’équipe, en plus de valider l’achèvement de la formation d’accueil et d’intégration.
Reconnaître les occasions d’amélioration des processus et y contribuer au profit de la succursale de la compagnie grâce à un engagement actif auprès de nos spécialistes, Expérience client et de la direction.
Cerner les besoins de formation, les occasions d’apprentissage et les lacunes en matière de connaissances au sein de l’équipe afin d’élaborer des parcours d’apprentissage utiles, en plus de valider la réussite de la formation.
Collaborer avec la direction sur les demandes de rapports, de gestion des données et de communication interne.
Des déplacements peuvent être nécessaires pour assister à des séances d’encadrement sur place ou à des séances d’apprentissage dans la région.
Expérience dans un poste de direction avec des subordonnés directs, un atout.
Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en gestion ou dans une autre discipline connexe souhaitable.
Capacité de superviser ou de gérer plusieurs projets de façon efficace ainsi que de composer avec des délais serrés tout en gérant diverses équipes de travail.
