Responsibilities:
· Assist in the implementation andongoing administration of new and existing business.
· Provide prompt, accurate, andfriendly customer service.
· Respond to customers and clients regardingvarious insurance inquiries.
· Clerical duties (ie: photocopying,scanning, printing, mail, etc.).
· Regularly maintain client filesusing company CRM.
· Manage and maintain departmentaldocuments.
· Utilization of quoting software,insurance carrier portals, Zoom and DocuSign.
· Continuous learning to keepup-to-date in the ever changing life insurance industry.
Must be willing to obtain Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) within 6 months
Outstanding communication and inter-personalskills.
· High level of professionalism andattention to always providing a positive member experience.
· Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
· Entrepreneurial nature with apro-active attitude and desire to contribute to business growth.
· A willingness to learn anddemonstrates excitement about the opportunity to build a career in thelife/group benefits insurance industry. Training will be provided
· University or college degree ispreferred.
· A valid life insurance license inOntario is preferred but not a requirement.
