We are looking for an **Account Manager** to solidify our existing team. You will also play a key role in managing customer happiness, and will use these discussions to ensure repeat business.

**Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Effectively lead new opportunity through a defined sales process, and track prospect progression to close in Hubspot
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
- Being a quality ambassador for the entire Ubiweb team.
**2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a solution‐sales / technology‐related environment
- Excellent telephone manner, experience selling over the phone is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills particularly communication over the telephone, which includes good listening skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Passion for people and digital marketing
- A high level of technical aptitude
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written);
- 3 weeks of vacation + 1 weeks of office shut-down during December/January Holidays

Tu seras responsable de générer des revenus grâce aux relations avec les clients existants d'Ubiweb, par le biais de ventes incitatives et de renouvellements. Tu joueras également un rôle clé dans la gestion de la satisfaction des clients, et tu utiliseras ces discussions pour assurer la fidélisation des clients.

**S'engager auprès des clients existants pour faire de la vente incitative, du renouvellement et de la vente croisée.
- Atteindre et dépasser les quotas de vente mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
- Diriger efficacement les nouvelles opportunités à travers un processus de vente défini, et suivre la progression des prospects jusqu'à la conclusion dans Hubspot.
- Assumer d'autres tâches et responsabilités définies par la direction.
- Être un ambassadeur de qualité pour l'ensemble de l'équipe Ubiweb.
**2-3 ans d'expérience, préférablement dans la vente de solutions / technologies
- Excellente étiquette téléphonique, de l'expérience de vente au téléphone est un atout
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, notamment en ce qui concerne la communication par téléphone, ce qui inclut une bonne capacité d'écoute ainsi que des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication verbale et écrite
