Reporting to the Sales Director and as a member of the sales team, the Account Manager's main objectives will be to generate new business opportunities in the target manufacturing sector, ensure the growth of target accounts and canvass new accounts. Through corporate decision-makers and influencers, he will develop sales opportunities and business partnerships. The consultative approach will enable him to work with his customers' management to analyze their business issues, and provide them with the tools to help them in their thinking. Following qualification of the most urgent business issues, he will work with the QC Service & Support group.
In his role as a strategic partner to new and existing customers, he will master business issues, as well as the Baseline Selling method (consultative selling), and will demonstrate leadership in the elaboration of market development strategies.

o Monitor markets;
Account management:
o Promote the company's offering in its market, including existing customers and organizations;
o Advise and discuss with customers the impact of their issues and ensure that automation investments are optimized;
o Work with Service & Support QC to present proposals in response to issues.

Minimum 5 years' experience in a relational and consultative sales position, in the manufacturing field;
- Knowledge of automation technologies;
- Mastery of Office suite software;
- Mastery of CRM Dynamics (asset);
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- As part of this role, you will be required to interact with key customers and suppliers across Canada and the USA on a regular basis, in both spoken and written English.

Relevant du directeur des ventes et en tant que membre de l'équipe des ventes, le directeur de comptes aura comme objectifs principaux de générer de nouvelles occasions d'affaires dans le secteur d'activité cibles manufacturiers, d'assurer la croissance de ses comptes cibles et faire le démarchage de nouveaux comptes. Par la voie des décideurs et influenceurs d'entreprise, il développera des opportunités de ventes et partenariats d'affaires. L'approche consultative lui permettra de travailler avec la direction de ses clients afin d'analyser leurs problématiques d'affaires et l'outillera pour les aider dans leur réflexion. Suivant la qualification des problématiques d'affaires les plus urgentes, il travaillera avec le groupe Service & Support QC.
Dans son rôle de partenaire stratégique auprès des nouveaux clients et clients existants, il maîtrisera les problématiques d'affaires, ainsi que la méthode Baseline Selling (vente consultative) et fera preuve de leadership dans l'élaboration de stratégies de développement de marché.

o Assurer des veilles de marchés ;
Gestion des comptes:
o Se faire connaître ainsi que l’offre de l'entreprise, dans son marché, incluant les clients existants et les organismes ;
o Travailler, en collaboration avec le Service & Support QC, afin de présenter des propositions en réponse aux problématiques.

o Bâtir les offres de services, selon les processus et les normes de l'entreprise, en collaboration avec le Service & Support QC;
o Utiliser et mettre à jour le CRM sur une base journalière (comptes, contact, prospects, opportunités, appels, visites, etc.) ;
o Collaborer par sa connaissance du marché à l’optimisation de l’offre de l'entreprise et du développement marketing ;
o Développer sa compréhension des outils de support de l'entreprise pour le développement de nouveaux clients ;
o Présenter sur une base mensuelle ses résultats et sa stratégie de ventes pour le mois à venir ;
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en position de ventes relationnelles et consultatives, dans le domaine manufacturier ;
• Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office ;
• Maîtrise de CRM Dynamics (atout) ;
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.
• Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous devrez intervenir avec des clients clés, et des fournisseurs aux travers le Canada et les États Unis de façon régulière, en anglais autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
