If you’re a go-getter who is passionate about innovation and connecting customers with their favourite new beverage, you’re exactly who we are looking for.Reporting to the Western Regional Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with accounts while launching the brand in the Vancouver Island Territory. Develop a territory sales plan and strategy for retail and on-premise partners● Assist in building effective routes and customer call tracking.● Achieve sales targets for assigned territories.● Ensure consistent product placement, visibility, availability, and quality.● Track all in-field activities through CRM tools and report on KPIs.● Support customers with inventory and orders for effective stock management.● Assist in the training and development of new Sales Representatives.● Identify and target relevant on-premise accounts in the territory.● Support retail and on-premise sampling events.● Leverage data to support selling stories in customer accounts.● Keep all accounts engaged and support growing case orders. What You'll Bring to the Team: ● Entrepreneurial spirit with extreme commercial aggressiveness.● High-energy team player with a proven track record of successful relationship building.● Interpret brand strategies to create tactics for successful in-field execution. Role Requirements: ● Previous sales or marketing experience in consumer goods would be preferred.● Experience in alcohol beverages is considered a strong asset.● Must have a valid driver's license.
