Responsabilités générales

Créatif, visionnaire et empathique, tu seras notamment chargé de réaliser des maquettes, des prototypes interactifs et des rendus visuels détaillés de fonctionnalités visant à répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs, tout en respectant le cadre technologique mis en place et les contraintes opérationnelles de Lucilab. Ton analyse approfondie du marché et des besoins de nos utilisateurs permettra de supporter la mise à échelle de l’application Luci.

Relevant du chef de la technologie, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec la responsable produit, les autres designers UX/UI et les équipes technologie et marketing pour :

1- Définir l'expérience utilisateur, l'architecture d'information et le design visuel des différentes plateformes développées par Lucilab.

  • Concevoir des maquettes et des prototypes interactifs illustrant les nouvelles fonctionnalités à intégrer aux applications de Lucilab
  • Produire des rendus visuels détaillés destinés entre autres à l'équipe de développement
  • Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques de conception en matière d’utilisabilité et d’accessibilité afin d'obtenir des interfaces utilisateur ergonomiques, intuitives, inclusives et attrayantes

2- Analyser le profil et le comportement des utilisateurs

  • Préparer et coordonner des tests utilisateurs pour mieux comprendre le public cible des applications développées par Lucilab
  • Recueillir et analyser des données qualitatives sur l'expérience utilisateur des applications de Lucilab (sondage, commentaires, focus group, etc.)
  • Analyser des données quantitatives sur le comportement des utilisateurs dans l'application à l'aide d'outils numériques (Pendo, etc.) pour identifier des opportunités d'amélioration à l’expérience utilisateur

3- S'assurer que l'expérience utilisateur développée corresponde aux attentes et à la vision du produit

  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement en mode agile dans la réalisation des mandats pour notamment trouver des compromis pour palier à des limitations techniques s'il y a lieu
  • Tester et valider à l'interne les nouvelles fonctionnalités intégrées à l'application Luci pour s'assurer de la qualité des livrables

Expérience, compétences et qualifications requises

  • Expérience significative en conception d’expérience utilisateur
  • Expérience en développement de produits numériques
  • Bonne connaissance d’outils de maquettage et prototypage (on utilise Figma…)
  • Capacité à comprendre les besoins d’affaires et à les transposer en requis de conception, flux utilisateurs, wireframes, maquettes et prototypes interactifs
  • Familier avec le concept de « design system »
  • Expérience de travail en mode agile - un atout
  • Expérience en design d'applications natives iOS et android - un atout
  • Connaissance des principes d'accessibilité - un atout
  • Maîtrise du français et bonne compréhension de l'anglais
