En tant que Scrum Master, vous serez en charge de faire sortir le meilleur de la part de chaque membre de vos équipes grâce aux trois piliers de la méthode Scrum.

Votre quotidien sera d'animer/rythmer 2 à 3 équipes projets de 6 collaborateurs (développeurs et analystes fonctionnels) en maintenant un environnement bienveillant et inspirant.

Dans ce contexte, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Coacher et guider l’équipe projet dans la compréhension de l’approche AGILE en place,
  • Réaliser la planification détaillée des activités et de la démarche des projets en tenant compte des enjeux, des intervenants et des arrimages avec les autres projets,
  • Préparer et animer les réunions : Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review,
  • Aider l’équipe de projet, notamment en supprimant les obstacles dans leur travail,
  • Veillez au contrôle de la qualité du travail, à l'identification des normes, des méthodes et des procédures à appliquer pour le projet,
  • Communiquer la vision et les objectifs à l’équipe
  • Rendre compte de l’avancement du projet au Chef de projet, au Product Owner et au Pilote.

Technologies utilisées :  Java, Gosu, IDE Eclipse, Jira, Confluence et le Cloud AWS.

Votre profil :

  • Première expérience concluante,
  • Formation pertinente en lien avec le poste,
  • Niveau d'anglais "technique",
  • Force de proposition, excellent relationnel, sens de l'organisation, patience et pédagogie,
  • Idéalement, vous avez déjà travaillé dans le domaine de l'assurance et en contexte Agile,
  • Vous habitez dans le quart Nord-Ouest de la France, de Bordeaux à Paris.
