As a technology first company, we’re currently looking for a Functional Analyst and Scrum Master to join our team.

What your responsibilities would look like?
  • Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions;
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices;
  • Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items;
  • Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes;
  • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements;
  • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing;
  • Tracking project processes and deliverables;
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholder;
  • Following through teams’ progress, measuring velocity; raising risks, reporting on KPIs, scheduling and orchestrating the scrum ceremonies, etc. (typical Scrum Master);
  • Documenting user stories, namely technical stories, and splitting them into a logical phased approach;
  • Ensuring sprints are well planned, handing off to delivery, closing prod bugs before releases;
  • Refining stories with functional details and ensuring that the test design is complete, the functional specs are written, etc.;
  • Supporting the product team with ideation based on their knowledge of Sabre scripting, etc.;
  • Documenting functional specifications, improving the process maps, identifying gaps, and documenting them;
  • Supporting road map delivery and prioritization, release, and capacity planning.
Does this sound like your profile?
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, related fields, or equivalent experience;
  • Experience designing and implementing business processes and documenting functional requirements;
  • Familiarity with DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies;
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
  • Experience in SaaS Cloud is preferred;
  • Detail oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to change;
  • Experience with risk management and project management.
